How To Update the map

  1. Log in to the member area using your credentials used upon sign up. If you have issues logging in, please email us.

    • If the member area isn’t showing up, click “Account” on the navigation bar. Then Memberships > Business Membership > Go To Member Area

  1. Click “Update Your Map Information”

    • Option 1 - Direct yourself to the main navigation and hover over “Business Membership” and click on “Update Your Map Information.”

    • Option 2 - Within the business membership area, find a button stating “Update Your Map Information” and click through.

    • Option 3 - Click here.

  2. This link will go to a Google spreadsheet.

  3. Find your listing or add a line with your business’s information.


A few notes…

  • Please update your information only. Anyone caught updating other businesses’ information will be pulled from Second Saturday.

  • The Google Spreadsheet is tied directly to the map featured on www.bakersfieldsecondsaturday.com/map and pushes updates every 24 hours. Keep this in mind while preparing for Second Saturday.

  • The Second Saturday team will not update your information for spelling errors, inconsistencies, or unclear information. This is your responsibility to communicate directly to your customers.

  • Specific areas to pay attention to…

    • Hours - Please use the X:XX AM - X:XX PM format

    • Tag 1 - Use the dropdown menu to select your participation level - Supporter, Partner or Collaborator

    • Tags - Use the dropdown menu to select your type of business. If your type is not listed, please let us know.

    • Instagram - Must include instagram.com/before businesshandle // ex: instagram.com/bakersfieldsecondsaturday
